Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us in order to be eligible for a return and refund.

Return Process

1. Once you contact us, we will create a return slip and send it to your email.

2. Customers then have 14 days from the date the return slip is issued to ship the product back to us.

3. A refund will be issued once we receive and verify the returned item.

Important Notes

• Products must be returned in order for a refund to be processed.

• Returns are only accepted if the error or issue is on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defect, or other mistake).
